For an existing installation, choose Update when Android offers it.

Save & close
Save any unfinished changes, then close Mealstride before updating.

Download the APK
Use the download button above. Wait for the file to finish downloading.

Open & update
Open the APK from Downloads and follow Android’s installation prompts. Choose Update if it is available.

Make yourself at home
Open Mealstride again. Sign in with your usual email and password if asked.
Do I need an APK for every update?
No. Changes to the hosted screens and services use the app’s web update flow. Profile → Update version checks those web updates. Use this page when a new Android APK is needed.
Will I keep my account and saved meals?
Use your existing account. Installing a compatible update does not create a new account. Save unfinished work first, and avoid uninstalling the app just to force an update.
Android says the app conflicts or won’t update.
Some older Nutrition Coach or Nouriva installations used a different signing certificate. Contact the app owner for migration help before uninstalling; uninstalling can remove local drafts and sign-in information.
What if my phone shows a security warning?
Keep Play Protect enabled. If it reports that the app may be harmful, stop the installation and contact the app owner with the version and full warning. You can use the online app meanwhile.
How do updates work on iPhone?
The APK is for Android. On iPhone, use the online app in Safari and follow the Home Screen setup guide.
